Consumers matter… and sometimes, can force change.

Starbucks leans toward healthy. Thanks in large part to MyStarbucksIdea.com, a website created by Starbucks so that they could officially and openly listen to consumers. And they did. (or they just used common marketing sense). But, new priorities for Starbucks are healthier food and lower prices. Gosh, that just seems… so… smart?
