Ford good at crisis comms, still thinking about social media.

This is FoMoCo’s Whitney Drake on a couple of things that needed fires put out, thankfully she realizes that news can break quickly and its possible to break the newsbreak using quick tools like the internet. She also reveals that Ford is waiting for the right approach to take to social media. While they wait, Toyota extends their lead.
